Report a person or a pad

In the app, open the profile or pad and tap the ⋯ menu → Report or Block. Blocking takes effect immediately in both directions. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours. You can also email us with details.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos and messages. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Trouble signing in

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to get a 6-digit code by email. If the code doesn't arrive, check spam for a message from noreply@paddiapp.com, then email us.
